I utilized reframing my perspective as I went through cancer. Instead of being afraid of pain or dying, I reframed my perspective to see it as a gift and used it as an opportunity to learn specific hypnosis and other processes to help others experiencing cancer and all the fears entailed.

Most things we fear are ridiculous when we think about them. Are you afraid of spiders? They’re usually harmless little creatures wanting to eat flies and mind their own business. Are you scared of clowns? They’re just people in funny outfits with face paint on! Take a step back and laugh at how silly your fears are.
Sometimes the best way to overcome fear is to laugh at yourself. Did you scream like a little girl because a bug flew by your head? Well, laugh it off! Did you trip and fall in front of a crowd of people? You might make a joke out of it! When you can laugh at yourself, you take away the power that fear has over you.

Hypnosis A Powerful Tool that can help overcome fear
Hypnosis can be a powerful tool for overcoming fear and anxiety. Hypnosis can help as it accesses the subconscious mind to reprogram our thoughts and feelings about certain situations, allowing us to respond more calmly and rationally.
